Each of our items are packed with extreme care and shipped in a box for added protection. We are now shipping all items USPS Priority Mail. If you would like to receive your items sooner, please feel free to contact us for shipping estimate.
We currently do not offer shipping out of the United States on our website but if you live outside of the country and are interested in one our items, please do not hesitate to email us. We will gladly send you shipping estimate.
We understand that purchasing something online without seeing the item in person can be tricky. We recommend you read each item description carefully and please contact us with any questions you may have. We are happy to help and can send additional photos if needed.
If you receive your item and are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible to let us know. We stand behind our handmade items and want to make sure you enjoy your experience with our company and our products.
We do accept returns on our in stock items if the item is in brand new condition, has not been used, and we are contacted within three days of receipt of your package. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and will also be charged a 10% restocking fee. Shipping costs of original order are non-refundable. Once the returned item arrives back at our studio, it will be inspected and we will contact you with an update on your return status.
We do not accept returns on custom orders.
