Shipping & Returns

Shipping

Each of my items are packed with extreme care and shipped in a box for added protection. The items are shipped USPS Priority Mail or UPS depending on the size of the box. Your order will include tracking information. If you would like to receive your items sooner, please feel free to contact me for shipping estimate.

International Shipping isn’t automatically an option on my website but if you live outside of the country and are interested in one of my items, please do not hesitate to email me. I will gladly send you a shipping estimate and add it as an option so you can proceed to checkout.

Please email me as soon as possible if your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive and we will proceed in contacting the shipping company to investigate. If your package is marked as delivered but you can’t find it, make sure to check with neighbors and look around your place to see if they left it elsewhere.

Returns & Exchanges

I understand that purchasing something online without seeing the item in person can be tricky. I recommend you read each item description carefully and please contact me with any questions you may have. I am happy to help and can send additional photos if needed. 

Returns & exchanges can be hard to navigate as a small handmade business. As of the time of this update (July 28, 2022), I have yet to have someone request a return or exchange.

I stand behind my handmade items and want to make sure you enjoy your experience with my company and my products. If you receive your item and are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me as soon as possible to let me know. I’m here to answer any questions you may have about my handmade items.

Returns will now be accepted if you contact me within 5 days of receipt of order and if the item is in new and unused condition. Customer is responsible for return shipping, including tracking. Once the item is received and is determined to be in new and unused condition, a refund will be processed.

Custom orders cannot be returned.
